On Jan 21, 2021 our renovated refectory and kitchen section at Edoor Alphonse Bhavan was blessed by Rev. Fr. Biju M, the Provincial. The Parish Clergy from Edoor Forane Church joined with us on the day. Many of our confreres came for this function. We are grateful to their co-operation and hard work for making that day more colourful.
The feast of Mother of Perpetual Help commenced on the same day, strictly following the ‘Covid Protocol.’ Each day the prayer service and Holy Mass were broadcasted live on ‘Reds media.’ On the final day of our feast Rev. Fr. Alappattu, the Forane Vicar, celebrated the Holy Qurbana. About 150 faithful were present on that day. We had a solemn procession from the chapel to the grotto. There was a joyful, “Sneha virunu” following the liturgical celebrations. Special thanks to Frs. Sijo Thaliyath and Anoop Mundackal for broadcasting the Novena online and leading the choir.
