Redemptorist Youth Ministry (From 2015 May to 2016 May)
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring Good News” (Rom 10:15). It has been beautiful and memorable to work with the youth and children as one team – Redemptorist Youth Ministry (RYM). I thank God for using us, though weak, as His powerful instruments of blessing and grace to all especially the little children. I am also grateful to our Rev. Fr. Provincial and Team for being a great source of inspiration for all the young fathers and for your timely guidance to us. I also would like to thank all the Rectors of the community for supporting us and being so understanding in sending the confers for youth ministry. All the senior fathers are indeed a great role model for us in youth ministry and many have promoted youth ministry during their parish missions and retreats to priests and religious. I am indebted to Fr. John Kooran, the previous youth Co-ordinator, for journeying with us with his vast experience and expertise.
I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude when I think about my own companions in youth ministry. Truly, it was our friendship, understanding, unity and mutual support and corrections– the key to the success of all these programs. I am really proud of you all. A very special thanks to Frs. Prince and Bibin the core-team members of youth ministry with whose help I was able to coordinate the programs well. I tried my best to publish the list of all the youth programs at least by the first week of every month.
All these programs were dedicated to our Mother of Perpetual Help. Considering the Jubilee Year of MPH, there was a special emphasis given in spreading devotion to Mother of Perpetual Help. Let us continue to pray and inspire one another to be ‘on fire with zeal’ for the Mission of God. The following are the list of youth program from May 2015 to May 2016.
