The Chowara community celebrated the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in a very profound and
inspiring manner. “Mathrusannidhiyil” (In the Presence of Mother Mary) was the Marian Reflections
conducted by the community. From the first day of September till the feast day,
the community fathers gave a short reflection based on the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Wisdom,
Knowledge, Counsel, Fortitude, Understanding, Piety a n d Fear of the Lord were the reflection
topics for each day. After the short reflection a prayer session was led by Fr. Biju Kunnumpurath
CSsR which was concluded by the Final Blessing. During those days special prayer service was done
for the intentions submitted to them online and offline. MATHRUSANNIDHIYIL Many people could be
part of this spiritual enrichment and thus had an apt preparation for the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
